2008 Edition, Saturday, June 14th, 1:00-7:00pm

The Marymoor Little 100 consists of 5 relay races.
  • The 1st race, The Co-ed cruiser race, is an open event to all levels of cycling experience, the cruisers use are vintage bikes with fenders.
  • The 2nd race is also a cruiser bike race held in partnership with the Cascade Bicycle Club''s Flying Wheels Century (for more info about that event and the accompanying finish line festivities at Marymoor, check out their website- http://www.cascade.org/EandR/flying/FW_finishline.cfm
  • The Final 3 races are USCF sanctioned races, and are raced on single speed Van Dessels.

These are relay races! Each team of 4 racers will be provided a single speed coaster brake bike. Each team member must complete at least one full lap. The first team to complete the alloted number of laps, wins!!! All riders on the same team must wear similar costumes.  If you have 2 teams in the same race they must wear different jerseys or costumes. Originality will be rewarded!!!

Prizes:

The Winning team from eash race will be the proud receipients of the recurring Marymoor Little 100 Trophy (pictured below) Bike racing's version of the Stanley Cup!! (other prizes will be awarded 2 deep for each category)

Prizes will also be awarded on a subjective basis for Best Costume, Smoothest Switch Out, etc.

Limited number and size of bikes: 50, 53, 56, 59cm. Bike sizes are first come first served (up to 8 teams per race). Contact alkirubiconinfo@alkirubiconracing.com for bike availability

Location: Marymoor Velodrome, Redmond ,Wa.

Directions: From I-5 north or south take the SR 520 exit just North of downtown Seattle heading east towards Redmond. Stay on 520 for approximately 7 miles and take the exit to Marymoor Park (W. Lake Sammamish Pky). At the light at the bottom of the exit take a right, then at the next light take a left into the park. Follow the road through the park and parking lot B will be on your right and the velodrome with be on your left about 1/2 mile from the entrance. Note the park charges a $1 per car for parking.

All riders and skill levels WELCOME!!!

$60.00 per 4 person team. USCF licenses required (excluding coed Cruiser race and Cascade team races) Bike rental is included in race fee. 

Limited field, limited number of bikes. Teams must register by June 11, 2006. Contact alkirubiconinfo@alkirubiconracing.com to register your team.
